Frequently Asked Questions

  • Do you accept all types of Animals in your boarding facility?
At this stage we are only accepting dogs, but we are open to expanding should the need arise.
  • Do my pets need to be vaccinated to board with you?
Yes! They need to have up to date vaccinations and we will request the details of this upon making a booking. We require a current C5 vaccination for all dogs and a certificate to show it has been administered at least 14 days prior to their stay. This certificate can be uploaded via our portal when booking your stay.
  • Can I provide my pets own food?
Be assured your pet will be well fed, but if they need to adhere to a specific food type , we request you supply it for the duration of their stay.
  • Will my pet be exercised?
You pet will be taken out to stretch their legs for a minimum of 3 exercise breaks per day. Bush walks are also available for a set price.
  • What size is the accommodation?
We have multiple sized pens. The smallest pen is approx 4m x 1.2m, with the larger pen being approx 4m x 3m.
  • How are boarding charges calculated?
Daily charges are per pet / per day (regardless of what time your pet arrives or departs)
  • Do you have a minimum stay during peak periods?
We request a minimum booking of 3 nights over Christmas and over long weekends.
  • Do I need to pay a deposit?
No, but full fees to be paid a minimum of 48 hours before stay.
  • What happens if my pet gets sick or injured during their stay?
Your pets health and safety is our highest priority, but in the unlikely event your pet falls ill or is injured, we would do as we would for our own fur babies and seek urgent medical attention. We will endeavour to contact you but if action is a priority, then this is the course we will take.
  • Do I need to provide my pets food and bedding for their stay?
No, we provide everything they need. However if they are on a special diet, or have a favourite blanky then please bring those along too.
  • Will my pet be on its own?
Yes, if you have one pet staying with us, it will always be on its own. Pets from different households are never mixed, however two pets from the same family can share the same pen if compatible to do so.
