At this stage we are only accepting dogs, but we are open to expanding should the need arise.
Yes! They need to have up to date vaccinations and we will request the details of this upon making a booking.
We require a current C5 vaccination for all dogs and a certificate to show it has been administered at least 14 days prior to their stay. This certificate can be uploaded via our portal when booking your stay.
Be assured your pet will be well fed, but if they need to adhere to a specific food type , we request you supply it for the duration of their stay.
You pet will be taken out to stretch their legs for a minimum of 3 exercise breaks per day. Bush walks are also available for a set price.
We have multiple sized pens. The smallest pen is approx 4m x 1.2m, with the larger pen being approx 4m x 3m.
Daily charges are per pet / per day (regardless of what time your pet arrives or departs)
We request a minimum booking of 3 nights over long weekends, and a minimum of 5 nights over the Christmas period.
No, but full fees to be paid a minimum of 48 hours before stay.
Your pets health and safety is our highest priority, but in the unlikely event your pet falls ill or is injured, we would do as we would for our own fur babies and seek urgent medical attention. We will endeavour to contact you but if action is a priority, then this is the course we will take. Note: Any veterinary costs incurred will be payable by pet owner.
No, we provide everything they need. However if they are on a special diet, or have a favourite blanky then please bring those along too.
Yes, if you have one pet staying with us, it will always be on its own. Pets from different households are never mixed, however two pets from the same family can share the same pen if compatible to do so.
You simply click the yellow "Book Now" button at the top of our site, and follow the online process. Once your booking has been made, we will receive notification and send you a confirmation that the booking has been finalised.
